Grilled Suya Kebabs + Oil-free Yam Fries + Pepper sauce dip

  • 1lb beef (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp suya spice mix
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Coat beef in spices and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Grill at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes, flipping once.
