Grilled Tilapia + Oil-free Sweet Potatoes Crunch Fries + Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  • 1 whole tilapia (cleaned)
  • 1 tbsp suya spice mix
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & Cameroon pepper
  • Bell peppers, sweet peppers and habanero peppers.
  • Marinate the fish and let sit for 30 minutes.
  • Grill at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
